Well I guess here it goes...although I had a bad day I didnt realize I hadnt eaten much at all today..but yet it still doesnt make a difference...I feel stupid writing this I have never been a fan of diary or journals but my best friend is getting positive results from hers so i guess it couldnt hurt...so heres what i ate and activities for the day...
Mcdonalds sausage bisquit
Mcdonalds large mocha coffee
handful of pecan nut thins
shredded roast beef
fresh steamed green beans
gluten free garlic parmassean rice
pne glass of water
two glasses of tea
and as for exercise I parked farther bck and walked to the grocery store..hopefully ill get into doing this and see something good come out of it
